Whether you prefer 1-on-1 coaching or are looking to supplement your current routine, having a dedicated trainer can make all the difference.

We offer 30 min and 60 minute sessions that are based on your schedule.

At CrossFit New Heights you will have someone who understands your personal goals and will tailor your workouts to get you the most out of each session. The goal of each session isn’t just to workout, but to provide you with the best hour (or half-hour) of your day!

1-on-1 Training

$45/$85 30 min/1 hr sessions

Work one-on-one with a trainer to improve your fitness and achieve your goals.

We recommend half-hour sessions for most people who are looking to improve their overall fitness. This way we can get you a great workout and on with your day.

 

Skill Session $45/ session

Love your gym routine but want to focus on a specific skill? This 30 minute session is perfect for working on improving technique.

Includes:

  • Skill-specific assessment

  • Technique improving drills
