  • Shared spreadsheet to track progress and stay accountable

 

At-home Workouts $100-125/ Month

The convenience of working out at home, on your schedule combined with the accountability and personalization of a coach.

Includes:

  • 3-5 workouts based your equipment and space

  • Shared spreadsheet to track progress and stay accountable

 

Programming Plus $125/ Month

Get all the benefits of Basic Programming plus a weekly video review of workouts. Chances are, you are working out alone and have no one to give you feedback on technique, pacing or fatigue management.

Includes:

  • Initial goal setting and assessment

  • 2-3 goal specific workouts a week

  • Shared spreadsheet to track progress

  • Video review and feedback of workouts
