Since every body is different, there is no generic one-size-fits-all approach at CrossFit New Heights. Instead, each person receives personalized coaching from a Nutritionist.
At CrossFit New Heights, we go beyond meal plans. We discuss how to apply dietary and lifestyle changes, overcome obstacles and find solutions to get you results.

1-hour initial consultation
Monthly face-to-face meetings (30 Min)
Weekly video check-in calls (15 Min)

LIFESTYLE REBOOT $375/12-week program
Hit the reset button and forget all the false starts and crash-diets. This 12-week program is more than learning what to eat. It will help you to identify and overcome the obstacles that have derailed your health and fitness goals in the past.

1-hour initial Nutrition consultation
Personalized Nutrition plan
Food journal review
Stress and craving management strategies
Weekly accountability meetings (in person/web chat/phone)
Unlimited emails/texts
Before and after pictures/measurements
ALL IN $525/12-week program
Do you feel like you’ve tried dozens of diets and weight loss programs but can’t stick with anything? With this plan you will have some one with you every step of the way to encourage you, keep you accountable and to answer any questions (and maybe talk you out of going through the Taco Bell dive thru).
Note: This is an intensive 12-week program that is designed for those who are willing to make some hard choices and be honest with me and themselves. To maintain quality and be able to devote the necessary time to people, this program is limited to two people at a time.
